  • Translation: eight weeks after mapping, four DBS leads were implanted with bilateral Medtronic Percept RC pulse generators at the mapped sites, and combined stimulation produced a rapid therapeutic response — supporting a personalized, multi-site closed-loop DBS strategy for refractory OCD.24
