Neural Noise- MindMaze Therapeutics Holding SA (SIX: MMTX) announced on July 9, 2026 that its precision neurotherapeutics technology is being used in a new University of Pittsburgh study testing whether pairing cervical epidural spinal cord stimulation (SCS) with high-dose, high-intensity neurotherapy can make post-stroke arm-recovery gains durable rather than only present while stimulation is active.1
- The study builds on independent University of Pittsburgh research recently published in Nature Medicine showing cervical SCS can immediately improve arm and hand movement in people with chronic stroke after only a few hours of training — but those gains were largely assistive, disappearing when stimulation was switched off.1
